In a bid to foster global understanding and collaboration, and to enhance China's exchange with nations worldwide, the Chinese government introduces scholarships for talented individuals eager to pursue higher education or engage in research within Chinese universities.

Administered by the China Scholarship Council (CSC), entrusted by the Ministry of Education, the Chinese Government Scholarship offers a myriad of opportunities for students and scholars globally.

Scholarship Coverage

The Chinese Government Scholarship provides comprehensive coverage, including:
1. Tuition fees
2. Free university dormitory or accommodation subsidy
3. Stipend:
      - Undergraduates: CNY 2,500 per month
      - Master’s students/general scholars: CNY 3,000 per month
      - Doctoral students/senior scholars: CNY 3,500 per month
4. Comprehensive medical insurance:
- CNY 800 per person per year
- CNY 400 per person (for programs lasting less than six months)
